Custom ReMego Batman '66 Batcave

Post by monitor_earthprime »

After showing the weapons wall more people wanted to to see my Batcave. What bothered me the most was it was just too small to really fit in with the everything that was coming out. So I dismattled it and this week I will begin working on the expanded version.

LEVEL ONE: WAYNE MANOR

This level will be split into two rooms. The first will be the Wayne Study where they get answer the Bat-Phone. The second room will be part of there living room (in case they FTC makes Aunt Harriet).

LEVEL TWO: BAT-COMPUTER LAB

This level will focus on the the computer area along with the weapons wall. I have more items coming in so keep checking. I was lucky enough to find another FTC Bat-Accessory set for half off so when that comes in I want to redo so items. I want to repaint a set of Batarangs & handcuffs red for Robin.

LEVEL THREE: GARAGE

This level will focus on the Batmobile. I went ahead and added a tool rack to the garage and I will add more stuff soon.

Fell free to add comments and let me know what you think. Remember that this is a Work In Progress so keep checking in.

Well I have spent some time on this this week and I am posting part 2 of my "work in progress" of my Batman 66 Batcave & Gotham City. This all fits in a 5 shelf bookcase that you can get at Walmart. Lets start with Gotham City.

My playset Gotham City is a mall that has 6 shops to get robbed by Batman villains:
*Rare Books Store
*Al's Fur's & Coats
*International Trade
*Art Gallery
*Jewels & Dimond Store
*Apothercary

It has two levels of stores with a walkway on the second level and a roof access for more fighting room. This is located on the bottom of my bookshelf so that once finished my nephew can use it to play on.

The Batcave is split into two levels. The first level is the computer lab. Here I am going to use one of my extra Wayne Foundation computer along with the Mattel Batcomputer and my wall of weapons.

The second level is the Batgarage with a tool rack:

Please feel free to give advice on this. I ran out of ink so it is not complete and I am waiting on some part to come in to help me finish this. I just would like some input to see if I am going in the write direction.

I forgot, the tools came from Hobby Lobby the Little Christmas Tree ornaments.

The reason for the different colors of Batarangs is for:

Red--Robin
Yellow--Batwoman
Green--Bat-Girl/Flamebird

And even Bat-Mite makes an appearance... Where did you find him so small?

Almost done with the Gotham City. I need to get the supplies for the roof and it will be finished.

Nice job! Even though there is a metric-ton of merch out there now, its still fun to see custom stuff in there too!

I love Ace the Bat-Hound and thought that he would really fit in with the series would have lasted a few more seasons.

The surfboards are from LaserMego. They really turned out great and with the boardshorts that were made by magyar1964.
