Mako for me.

Here's a display I did with an old rubber shark toy and the Hot Toys Batman.

Unfortunately guys, I'm afraid it's not so cut and dried as just those two species. Looks to me like it could be a sand tiger, megalodon, or a black tip reef, etc.

Which one of those black circles is the shark's eye? Seems to have 2 sets. The bigger ones match the blue shark, the smaller ones match the mako. I did not look any further.

I may be wrong but I was under the impression he was asking between the two shark models picture above looked more like the shark used in the film.

The eye, broad flat nose and tail fin (larger upper fin with hook on top, smaller bottom fin) say Blue shark.

A "Rubber Shark" is the actual type of shark used in the film. ;)

This is my plan too, it's just hard to find a good sized realistic shark!

Thanks for all the responses and opinions!

At first I thought the Mako was perfect, the color and body arch look great... but the more I looked at it the less it looked like the rubber shark.

The Blue Shark body, tail and nose look closer but the color looks too extreme.

So far I haven't been able to find any other sharks like these so I was having a hard time deciding between these two.

I'm leaning towards Blue Shark now.
