Another mystery solved...I think...
Hi All,
And just like that, you find what you have been looking for for years!
Colors right out of the containers that match up to the colors used on the costume!
Super old color system that I ran across on another project and I followed my nose til I located the colors I was looking for...
All dead matte and tough as nails. The black looks as deep as the stuff I use now but covers in pretty much one coat. The more coats used creates that eggshell sheen and brush strokes seen on some cowls.
The emblem is of course one of the Pantone matched emblems we made. The slight variation is number of coats and the difference between painted and printed color.
Keeping everything mum for now while I continue running things down and investigating.
Just ready to burst and thought some may be interested in the find.
I was toying with making emblems like the original and now I feel I must!!!
