Riddler Question Marks Applied to Suit

I bought myself a green suit to turn into a Riddler suit. Could anyone help me on how and what to use to apply the question marks on it?

Kevin Smith saw a screen used one and posted it on Twitter a while ago. 1-1/2 years ago maybe. He says they were done with markers.
Full disclosure-I have never seen one ach first hand.

I think I'll be able to apply the marks with a fabric marker. I'll need a HQ version of the Riddler's question mark in order to make a stencil out of. Can anyone prove one?
