Well I had to see if I could pull the pilot cowl out of this new shell.
I just started sneaking up on it and there it was...

Thanks Guys!!! I'm going full speed down a geek rabbit hole!

As I started trimming the nose it got more and more narrow at the sides until the sides of the nostrils were catching light.

As the line under the eyes started going up in the corners, It started to wrap around his face looking much more form fitting.

When rotated just a touch forward, or when his head is cast downward, his eyes can disappear and you only see light on his lower lid. Very comic book like effect.

I sure wish Jan Kemp were alive today.... I would love to chat with him about this.
