New Commission The Clock King

Recently finished Commission of Walter Slezak as the Clock King.
I believe the Clock King episodes are the only credits Bill Finger ever got related to Batman.

What's the apparatus in the lower left corner?

much the same as the others in this size. With all the black going quick so overall it was 5 hours-ish

That is what I was going for. having the Blueray set is a huge asset I can scan for just what I want as a reference.

I do not remember. I'll have to watch the episode again.

BTW I'm currently working on a Sandman sketch
