Great, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's a good match.

Got the sample yesterday. The material is a close match to the original fabric texturewise but colorwise is too bright of a green. Would be perfect for a comic book robin, but doesn't match the screen used color which is more of an olive color. If we could only find a place that would dye the white fabric the original color. :(

Would be very interested, if the correct color could be sourced.

To get the acrylic fabric in a custom color it is roughly $1400 plus shipping.

If anyone has deep pockets and really wants Robin trunks, I can get this done.

Is that for a bolt dyed the correct color? Maybe you could do a material group buy in for those interested. ;)

They sell this fabric by the pound so the yardage is only estimated.

The minimum is 130 pounds so shipping will be a couple hundred as well.

I'm talking with Lynne to settle if we would sell finished trunks or yardage.

Any way you slice it, we would need 10-20 folks on board.

Thanks for the vote of confidence!

Now we just need a dozen or so more in on the deal and we may have a chance to do it!

I would be in for this if I could get finished trunks made (for extra of course)

I'd totally be in. :) Even better if I could buy the finished trunks from you.

I would be very interested, especially in at least one pair of finished trunks made from the material if that were an option.
