It's the "Batzooka" that shoots the grappling bat-rope with golden hook.
The hook is actually on a domed soda can like projectile which fits into the barrel of the batzooka. Batman is seen placing a shot in the end of the barrel.
Best images I can capture.

Great photos Pennyworth. I appreciate the help.

You called this the Batzooka? I thought that was the one Robin used to shoot Penguins sub in the movie? It doesn't appear to be the same to me?

Gotcha. Once again I appreciate your help sir. I have the Blu-ray, DVD and online digital versions but can't seem to get the images you always do plus I try to research the ones I don't know much about before attempting them because it takes a lot of work and it's disappointing when I see images after that show me details I got wrong. Thanks!

Thanks guys!
I started a quick sketch to figure out some of the details in the photos and it got me thinking. Most of the weapons on this show were based on toys or other shows reused props. The other Batzooka and Mr Freezes Ice Ray where recycled Agent Zero plastic gun. The Joker used a gun that was a modified Man From Uncle Thrush toy gun. Catwoman used a Meow Bomb ( I'm working on that btw! ) that was a Milton Bradley "Time Bomb" toy and Cassandra's Alvino Ray gun was a 60's flashlight ( Working on this one too. )

My question is what was this prop based on. Does anyone recognize from the details shown? I have been Googling "60's toy Bazookas, Mortar Guns, Rocket Launcher, etc and haven't figured it out yet. Some of the photos above show different info too. The prop bars look apart in one shot and appear together in others.

Time to go back to the Blu-Rays for more evidence. It's the thrill of the hunt!

Maybe this image will help a bit. Upside down Agent Zero. Big thanks to Troy Maynus a few months ago for sharing this pic and observation during a chat.

Wow! I knew it had to be something like that but now I'm a little sad because it takes some of my fun away knowing that it's just an upside down toy. He he
I searched and searched for images like this one. Would love to know where Troy scraped this up? Props to Troy too, btw.

Also shows me how hard it is to figure out details on these props.

Thanks Scott. You shut down another thread. Lol

Great prop shot Scott! Don't remember seeing that photo before. Fitting that both Batzooka's were made from the Agent Zero toy.
The projectile is shorter than a normal sized paint spray can, maybe a short paint can? The first image is motion blurred, but the 2nd, his glove hand covers the entire can

A couple more images through some AI enlarging and framerate enhancing. Be sure to click for full res.
