Re: Customizing the McFarlane Batmobile
Now if only McFarlane would do the Batplane as seen in the 60s comics... based on McDonnnell's F-4b Phantom II! Talk about a HUGE toy!

Nice unique touches add an air of authenticity. Did you see John Pennyworth's photo with the Speedometer?

Re: Customizing the McFarlane Batmobile
I'm toying with the idea of modifying the steering wheel. Here's a phot shop but I dunno if I like how this will turn out?I REALLY don't want to cut that steering wheel.

Re: Customizing the McFarlane Batmobile
The more I look at the Mcfarlane Batmobile steering wheel, the more I'm thinking I may have to cut it and I'm just afraid because it can't be undone. Compared to 4 other batmobiles that I have the more they all look so different and lack details as well.

Re: Customizing the McFarlane Batmobile
I keep messing around the steering wheel without wanting to cut it trying to make it look better then stock Mcfarlane wheel

Re: Customizing the McFarlane Batmobile
I think this is better WITH OUT cutting the steering wheel but IF I did cut the wheel I'd remove the black part. How does this look? Better then stock or worse?

Here's a photo shop IF I cut the wheel which is better?

Bottom without the inner ring.

Re: Customizing the McFarlane Batmobile
I agree, but I’m guessing that steering wheel will not hold up if the inner ring is removed. I wonder if you could cast it. You might even be able to cast it out of aluminum.
Re: Customizing the McFarlane Batmobile
I'll take a look at mine and see if its possible to 3d print a more accurate one.
