Looking for Lord Marmaduke Ffogg Pipe info
Any chance that someone knows what kind of pipe that Lord Marmaduke Ffogg had?
I'm collecting images of it for a possible prop and I don't know much about it and I don't have real clear images yet either.
Complicated looking pipe.

Here are some "Pipe of Fog" screen grabs.
P.S. the mounts are silver, looks a bit yellow in these captures.

Don't forget the "Pipe of Fog Bat-Reverser"
Re: Looking for Lord Marmaduke Ffogg Pipe info
I've taken pictures of that but couldn't figure out what it is. I can guarantee you I'll make this one though. Too cool of a name!

Re: Looking for Lord Marmaduke Ffogg Pipe info
As a former Pipe Smoker and Collector, I can tell You this much: Lord Ffogg's pipe was a briarwood pipe, most likely made in Germany and hand carved.
The odds are that You won't find an exact copy even if You do find better pictures. The lid and connector piece on the bowl, if like the ones I owned, were made of "German nIckel" silver. The upper curved mouthpiece is most likely made from ebonite.
Imho, the best that You can do is load up on photos and make a prototype and make a 3-D print of it. Even though I no longer smake, I still have an interest in pipes so I would like to follow You in this build. Pm>me if I can be of any further help.
Cheers!

$.02 worth of speculation: I'd guess the Pipe of Fog was a mashup of a more than one pipe. More specifically, the portion of the pipe between the two metallic rings looks like it was stuck onto an existing pipe. That extension held a smoke cartridge that was presumably larger and/or burned hotter than a normal bowlful of Burley, and I'd bet it was a prop-department invention.
