Burt Ward sculpture prior to molding
Well, I'm puttin' a fork in it...
This is stage one of the Burt Ward sculpture ...done!
This is the first look of the finished piece.
Sculpted in grey Monster Clay.
I'll cast this and make a version with sculpted hair for displays that don't want to muck with wigs...
No clue why they show up spun but click on it to see it upright.

Absolutely wonderful skill and attention to detail. You've captured the likeness of the greatest live action Robin / Dick Grayson perfectly!

I also thought it would be fun to make Molly's disguise masks with it!

Congrats, Sir! A phenomenal likeness, even by your insanely high standards.
What do Chuck Williams and Geena Davis have in common?
They are both truly in a League of Their Own!

So cool!
What form will you supply these in? Hard sculpt, silicone or foam??

Re: Burt Ward sculpture prior to molding
Thanks so much guys!!!
He was kickin' my ***Censored on this rated G site***! Glad to have this one behind me.
This will be a resin head.
My hope is to rotocast in the same flesh formula I have been using for the Adam face.
If that doesn't work out it will be a white resin similar to what has been done.
I'm not sure the character is popular enough to go down any extraordinary production like silicone.
The next one may.

Okay! That makes sense!
THEN, Julie!
Chuck, have you seen the original Batmobile exhibit at Star Cars in Gatlinburg, Tennessee? They have Batman and Robin mannequins as part of the exhibit. Would be great if they could upgrade their mannequins with your face sculpts. I’m not sure where they got the costumes.

I've been meaning to sculpt Yvonne for ages but haven't had the time.
Nope, I haven't seen the Tennessee exhibit. There are a few out there that could use a Burt to go with the Adam they have.
I am looking forward to the sculpted hair version. I have an image in my mind of a vintage advertising mannequin look. Maybe fun...
Of course you can also use it for the "waxed" Robin from the show!
