Thank you for the info, but I just don't care for repaints like this, including the 66 Batmobile...it's like a random street gang got hold of it while the owners were fighting crime. I am glad there are consumers who will buy these, but...big pass.

I agree but its still incredible that Hornet and Batman 66 toys even exist today. Atleast these type of variants only cost a few bucks but I do keep them out of my main toy displays. if I do purchase one.

Is there a non-damaging way to remove the goofily extraneous flames from the surface? (Gentle scraping, soaking in acetone, etc.)?

Interesting that these "Black with Flames" versions seem not to mention "Black Beauty" or "The Green Hornet", I guess so as not to pay royalties??
