Looking For This Image in Hi Res

Post by Hedji »

Does anyone have a hi res version of this classic Carmine Infantino image?

It's always been my favorite, and I'd just like a nice copy to use as a screen saver, or maybe print a t shirt.

I recall having a two-color version of that image on a Bat-book cover from the 70s, and I also remember a series of stickers (bubble gum card-sized) that included separate versions of these Batman and Robin figures. Nowadays, the Infantino/Anderson "rooftop shot" of the Dynamic Duo seems far more commonplace. Bat-Blog.com has a nice wallpaper of it that might do, at least until you find a better version of the running duo:

Yes, I used to have a tote bag for 1st grade that had this image on it. Loved that thing.

Not exactly the same image (Batman horizontally reversed) but this is from a vintage Hallmark card/party invitation card (there is also a blue background version), also seen on a Hallmark party centerpiece.
