Another sad loss this week, Alan was without a doubt incredibly talented and very much worthy of the adoration he earned over the years. He will be missed.

and passed away at the same age as Dave Bowie. Very sad indeed.

I was lucky enough to have met Mr. Rickman at the "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" premiere in 1991. He was a very kind and generous man. I told him that I so enjoyed his performance in "Die Hard" and his ability of playing such an intelligent and cunning bad guy...He said, "I don't know about the 'intelligent' part...but it was so fun!"

That Cancer bug is really going around big time as of late. Really sad too. Make sure to keep up on your health screenings.
