Looking for a Slurpee Cup Checklist?

I'm wondering if anyone has a copy of a Slurpee cup checklist and if they would share a scan of it with me? Would love the Marvel version the most. I see copies available on Ebay but the cheap side of me has a hard time paying 20+ $ for a photocopy of one.
I've looked-for high-resolution images on the net but I haven't found any good enough just yet.

7-11 needs to do a retro re-issue of these, like, yesterday already! And, the fact that they included Justice Society members made the DC cups even more cool.
