I was flipping through Prime Kids and I saw they have 4 seasons of the Animated series (92-96). Enjoy

Yes, it's currently on Netflix here in the UK. Watched a couple of episodes today

It's a great time to be a BTAS fan what with the new McFarlane build-a-figure wave and the fact its currently streaming on Prime and Max.
