The body was sculpted with super sculpey and glued over a chassis made from wooden popsicle sticks. The wheels are wooden ones I bought at a craft store (my last 4!). It's painted with acrylic paint and glazed with gloss sculpey glaze. And it rolls.

Scratch Built 1966 Batmobile
Unfortunately, I missed my chance to buy the small-scaled 66 Batmobile at Toys R'Us and now they're out of business (near me anyway) so I made my own 4 1/2" version.
