easy bat cowl!

Post by vampirebatman »

hi guys, I am a new member on the board and this is my first day! anyways, last night I was able to build an easy batman cowl! :D you don't need a fiberglass shell, you don't need plastic or any of that expensive stuff, all you need is duct tape, aluminom foil, a shirt, (navy blue or, just blue, or pink) regular printer paper, light blue paint pens, and black spray paint note: I don't have my camera so I cant post pictures yet but I will try to put it in the best I can.

1. get a sheet of tin foil the size big enough to rap around the top of your head/face,

2.mark the spot where your eyes are, with a sharpie or pen,

3. draw the half circled eyes and cut them out, (be careful, tin foil can rip easly, if it rips, dont get mad, the next step will fix that
4.now get your duct tape and rap it and cut a few peices and rap it around the head, (and some tears)

5.now get a sheet of paper and draw that black face part of batmans cowl, and the eye holes,

6. now cut it out, and slightly bend the bottom part in half to make the nose area

7.now glue the face on

8. get your black spray paint and paint the front of the mask

9.let it dry and get your light blue paint pens and draw on the nose and eyebrows

10.now glue around the head, and CARFULLY put the cowl inside the shirt, and have the face sticking out of the head hole

11. now draw the ears and cut them out and paint them black,

12.now tie the sleeves of the shirt in the back of your head, and spread out the bottom of the shirt where your shoulders are,
13. now you glue on the ears,

DONE! hope this helps! WARNING: don't have your head inside when gluing the stuff on :?

I'd love to see a picture of this to see how it turned out, if possible.
