I doubt this is a Blu Ray omission but rather a continuity/editing error: In "Joker Trumps An Ace," there seems to be a scene or at least dialogue missing at the beginning where it's explained that the Joker stole a golf course hole. Robin refers to it in the Commissioner's office as though we already knew about it. ("What would he want with a golf hole?")
I'm guessing that when Bruce gets the call from the Commissioner, there was a scripted scene of him in the office speaking to "Batman" in which he explained that the Joker had committed the odd crime of stealing a wealthy woman's hat pin as well as a hole from a golf course. Instead we get a v.o. of the Commissioner simply saying "It's the Joker again," or something generic.
Can anyone provide clarity on this error? Was there a scene of the Commissioner talking on the phone at the beginning but it was cut for time, and an innocuous v.o. was added so the camera wouldn't leave Bruce?

After the fur salon hold up the commissioner says they got a report the Joker stole a golf hole, then calls Batman. It is assumed he told Batman off camera before the scene with the package. I don,t think anything is missing.

ETA: Doh! Found it! That line slipped right by me.
