Finally got around to making an all wood stunt Utility Belt.
I used a stunt belt seen on Beverly Hills Pawn and shots of Adam as a guide.
The boxes are the same depth as the first season leather Hardeman belt but simply painted wood.
This is a keeper for me because I used one of my " original found part" receiver that are on the original belts.
It's really light and the best part is the more banged up it gets, the more authentic it looks!

I know Im a little late to the thread but... Do you mind if I ask how you secured the cylinders to the belt? Im assuming with a small strip of leather. But what I mean is, how did you get the small strip of leather to secure to the wood cylinder? Glue, Stapels?
I know some people use leather but I used a hand formed brass belt loop and brads to secure them.
I saw photos of a screen used belt done this way so that's what I did.
Hope this helps!

On another screen used belt metal rods were used instead of flat stock and mounted into holes in the dowel.
And on yet another screen used belt, the cylinders were metal tubes and flat brass beltloops were soldered on...

Yep, before I saw the flat metal stock used for the tubes I interpreted screen caps of the belt tube belt loops as elastic straps. I still like them and can recommend that process in the old thread.
The metal tubes were all raw stock that I fabricated from scratch. The tube ends were vintage caps I found.
