I started making this a while ago, figured I'd post a progress pic. Shouldn't take too much longer to finish it, but since I have no free time... I figure sometime this year anyway!

It's a foam urethane ball, I routed out a hole just over halfway down through the ball and secured the tubing in it with some glue. I also sanded a flat spot on the bottom so it would stand up on it's own. I filled in any divots and evened the surface out with joint compound.

Eventually it will get a few coats of Gesso and a good sanding, then painted black and top sealed. I'm also going to add a thick fuse coming out of the top.

If I had to guess, it's maybe 2/3 scale of the actual one in the film.
And why doesn't Batman dance anymore? Remember the Batusi?
