Think it's the rigged slot machine from "The Joker Goes to School".

Incorrect. P.S. I just ID'ed this the other day and didn't know what is was at first post. Still don't know where that briefcase or gold "bell" is from?

There's a gold bell in part 2 of the King Boris ep, IIRC, if someone wants to check it out and see if it's the same one. It's after King Boris presents the statue.

It also looks like one of the cat statues used in The Cat's Meow/The Bat's Kow-Tow" There's a picture of it here, which I'd add to this post if I knew how:

Of course, with the cat motif, they probably found a spot for at least one of them in every Catwoman episode!

Forgot to post, the red box is the control panel for Catwomans GETAWAY ROCKET from "The Cat And The Fiddle"

Still don't know what that briefcase is? The cat statue looks to have been put on a different base and the gold bell is not the one in the episodes mentioned.

He probably re-purposed the Joker Utility Belt!

I haven't had time to do a grab from the Blu-Ray as yet AP, but the red box is reused the following year in "The Entrancing Doctor Cassandra". It appears on the Warden's desk as Cassandra and Cabala appear out of thin air and free the arch-villains.

Something not directly connected to the props themselves: I've not seen 'Egghead' written as two words before.
