Does anyone know (or have an estimate of) how high the heels on Yvonne's original costume were? I've read that Yvonne was 5'4" in real life, so I'd like to know how many inches of height (if any) the Batgirl costume added to her on the set.

I shouldn't offer up a mere opinion, but judging from the production stills and such, they look to be about 2".
Also, Burt Ward's height is generally recorded as being 5' 8" - standing next to him in costume, Yvonne's still a couple inches shorter than he is, which would put her around 5' 6" in her boots, so I'm sticking with my guess.
