Hi folks, new member Larry Guidry here. I'm currently purchasing a "Robin" costume, piece by piece as I lose weight... BUT also in the process of developing a Earth Two Robin Emblem, wearing an Adam West Batcostume as the suit.

What I have in the photo link is a sample of Eva Foam (Wal*Mart hobby section) cut to make an emblem that the Earth-Two Robin wore in 1967 as he first joined the JSA. I practiced with a white sheet of foam, then used a red sheet. As you see with the painted bat, the circle wasn't cut very well. I then cut out a second version which worked fine! Now to paint the bat. This weekend, i shall visit a bunch of craft stores to see if I can find an "R" made of felt that sticks on to add on top. Spray it with a "clear coat" and sew it on. My question is what are your EMBLEMS made of and how do you attach them?
I've noticed that Adam's emblem in "The Joker is Wild" was horribly wrinkled. is made of paper?

Adam's early logos were screened right onto the leotard. They eventually went to a sticker type logo, sometimes putting it right over the printed one. If you look closely at some if the 1st episodes, you can see the printed one under the sticker.

I have purchased a pennant on Saturday and used it to make the "R" on the emblem. Check it out.

Thanks! Loved by few... Hated by many, which is what I had to put up with the Bat-bashing of the 1966 show in the 80's. My friends are split on the 1967 E2 Robin, The Grown-Up Wonder!

Can't seem to find the emblem in the resources section. Is it still there?

I too have used my Chuck emblem to its breaking point and need to come up with a new solution.

Welcome to the 1966 Batman Message Board!

We are currently doing some renovations so service may be on and off during this time.
Looks like most of the "resources" section is currently offline.

They used to be on the archived forum, but they aren't there anymore, either.

If you PM me your email address, I can email the two .pdf files that were there - the asymmetrical one, and the symmetrical one.

Does anyone have chest emblem files without the yellow background? I'm working on my son's costume and want to print them on yellow card stock. With the graphic being yellow, it might cause issues when printed. I'd just like the bat inside the oval. I have the pdf files, but I can't seem to edit them to remove the yellow. Also, it seems that there is a bit of the top and the right side cut off.

Thanks,
Mike
