Batgirls Belt

I was just watching The Great Train Robbery and I have always thought it was funny how Batgirls belt didn't fall to the ground when Batman threw the bat-chemical that made metal 20 times heavier. Did Batgirl have an anti-bat-chemical chemical on her belt? :D
