Now this one.... somebody has some 'splainin' to do....

Batman-Return-of-the-Caped-Crusaders-2016-movie-poster.jpg

There is clearly a swipe going on here.
The Batman and Robin figures are virtually identical-- I have way too much respect for Christopher to imagine he is doing anything other than an homage but which one came first? I actually like Christopher's take better, the wrinkles on the tights, the expressions, I just find it better than the DVD art-- which is very solid in an of itself.

But regardless, somebody swiped somebody here.

Somebody sure did. Oh boy!

EDIT: Okay I've got Egg on my face here-- did Christopher do the DVD art in the first place? Someone refresh my memory--didn't that artist post here back in October saying Warners had tweaked their art to their dislike? I've had a long day fellas, crazy deadline-- cut me some slack!

Picked this up from the framer yesterday; signed Batman/Batgirl batarangs from and a Batshield signed by Robin on a custom backdrop. It came out a bit bigger than I expected!

I was curious to seek out the Egghead issue of these little UK magazines, since he was original to the show. Bookworm and Archer also had an issue focus upon them. Haven't found the Archer issue yet (#11), but as the last in the series he might have been in fewer numbers? I accidentally found "Meet Dr No-Face" (#3) being sold quite cheaply, perhaps because he's original to these digest-size magazines, but so far "Batman... and The Ringer" (issue #1) has been asking for $100 on eBay!

#3: "Batman meets Dr No-Face"; #7: "The Bookworm's Best Seller"; #10: "Egghead gets the Yoke".

Pressman, Printer's Devil and Lydia Limpet return with The Bookworm. The Egghead adventure sees the return of Miss Bacon. His new goons are Fry and Scramble.

I have been having trouble getting my "Batman '66" Blu-Rays out of the deluxe collector box (and even from the backup three-seasons set) - one disc developed a crack and now won't play - so I just bought a Miss Kitka-style tiger print zip-up disc wallet!

Someone picked this up for me yesterday, and I don't know why....but I really like it. It is a pillow, if you can't tell from the picture.

I have been collecting a bunch of art recently, and just got the larger pieces hung up. I have a room with high ceilings with a soffit that hides the heating ductwork. I'm finding it to be a great place for my little gallery. (Notice the new Sideshow Collectible Catwoman also!)
