Yes. A villain who used sweets (in addition to his own gluttonous habits) to persuade children to aid him in his crimes. He once turned Gotham's water supply into chocolate syrup and demanded $5,000,000 ransom to change it back which he then doubled to 10 million after Robin made a wisecrack about his weight. Oh man, thanks for that clip, Boss. I used to love that show - especially Batman's thinly veiled disdain for Bat-Mite. Talk about a character I love to hate! I can't say I remember Sweet Tooth, though. Looks like a pale Fat Albert.

That's what he is. lol Filmation produced both shows and they were notorious for reusing animation. They simply took animation produced for Fat Albert, painted the cells in a different color and animated a new head.
