I’m sure those who have placed their orders will be elated at this news! Regardless of my own feelings towards the prototype I saw at SDCC this year, in principle it warms my heart that there is going to be TV Batcave diorama out there in the world.

I always appreciate your positive outlook Ben!
I was underwhelmed seeing it in person and I think the price is out of line, but if this floats the boat of others more power to 'em.

I'd love to own this but I just can't justify spending that much for it.

Let's see if Dan can influence Funko to make one for their line.

The price. Wow.
I would have been on board with a $150 detailed model of the same scale from a company like Round2, with custom parts sold seperately, like the TOS U.S.S. Enterprise.

That price is more than double what they've done for other properties, but I think more detail is required. I have to agree, that price is high. I'm curious if they'll even build 250 - I was expecting 100 to 150 tops. Still it will be the only Batcave out there (for now) with any sort of detail. I am curious if Round 2 or Moebius bring one. I can't recall which one did the Addams Family and Munsters Mansions, but this seems right up that alley. I would guess only the front would be completed - interior view only so to speak. I'm still holding out for one from Funko for their 3-3/4 line. If Dan Greenburg has anything to say about it, we might see one next summer at SDCC

It's very nice and well detailed, but the price is out and out ridiculous. There's no way I can begin to justify paying that. Same as a 7" 1989 Keaton Batmobile that is being released in the near future has an elevated price tag that I can't accept. Sometimes I feel like our sentimentality is up for the soaking.
