Fiberglass Freaks/Batman/Batmobile Museum?
I'm considering building a Fiberglass Freaks/Batman/Batmobile museum in Logansport, Indiana. Do you think this is a good idea?

No doubt about it

Only if you build it in Phoenix or Tucson, Mark
No, actually build it and we shall come!

I think it would be a great idea! I'm in Zionsville and would visit it a couple times a year with a few clients and co-workers,

Mark-
To go along with the museum concept, have you ever considered allowing patrons the opportunity for a 5 minute Batmobile "test drive" for $50-$100? If someone is doing the museum tour they would likely spring for the opportunity to drive one of your vehicles.
thanks

The drive a Batmobile idea is great if you could swing the insurance for it. That would be a huge draw in my opinion.
As for the museum in general, you need to do the business model. Can you draw enough people year over year at $X a head to make a profit?

Yes, please
Re: Fiberglass Freaks/Batman/Batmobile Museum?
Eventhough I live overseas it is a YES for me.
Re: Fiberglass Freaks/Batman/Batmobile Museum?
Absolutely yes, it should be there!

On second thought - I'm guessing for the museum to offer a Batmobile "test drive" for a fee it would almost have to be on a closed off area or on a rural property where its not actually driven on a public road.

Since the Batmobile would be on display inside, it would not be conducive to having rides. I'm getting a huge amount of positive feedback, especially on FB. Plans are really coming together, and surprisingly, almost everyone has the same vision for the museum...That's a huge bat bonus!

When the wife retires in the not-too-distant future we plan on moving back down by Detroit on the Windsor side and Indiana won't be that far a drive so a resounding, all-round...YES!!!!
