It's funny; if this were made in 1973 by Mego this would be a high ticket collectible.
Amazing that we live in a time where we can be choosy. I still like it, but it is a little pricey for what you get.
But at 14" tall it would dwarf your Hot Toys Batman.

Back in the era when we had no merchandise except unlicensed garage kits, I would have flipped for this.

As it is, I'm happy with my NECA figure.

What parts of him are movable? Is it just the arms?

I just looked up the Joker. He's kind'a thick but nicely posed. Clean head sculpt with great attitude but it's only vaguely Cesar.

Snagged this for less than half price from someone who got it as a gift but only collects "other" Batman (as if there WAS any other!!).

Had to tweak him a bit to correct his appearance. The utility belt items are like modern GIjOE accessories in that they slide onto a cloth belt through hard plastic loops. The loops were pretty thick and made the utility belt stick out from Adam's gut and made him look thick too. Removed belt and slid off the items. Cut off the plastic loops and glued the buckle and pouches onto the belt. During this process I turned the pouches to their proper upside down position and then glued the belt back on. The "adult diaper" shorts are attached with Velcro so I just tightened them up a bit. By placing the utility belt down lower on the shorts, the "Depends" look was taken care of. Very satisfied with this item after working on it a short while. Before and After photos included.

Did anyone ever get the Joker figure? I’m dying to see how that looks in real life!

That is not too far off from the picture except from the trunks. It does look like you could turn his shoulders and hips abit to line up with the prototype. likeness is a C, maybe?
The zippers on the boots are a really nice touch.
Even on sale at a con, probably a pass.
