It's unfortunate that she lived the last few years of her life with dementia, according to the story. That is very sad.
It is not important, but I'll never understand why the Bat-costumers gave her that awful red wig. Seagram was so exotic-looking with her natural brunette hair.
This also points out that we are starting to lose the 'Bat-molls' to death at a more rapid rate. Obviously, most of them were younger at the time than many of the older villains who have left us, but age obviously creeps up on all of us. It's a sad reminder how long ago 1966-67 really was.
