The end of the road...

Post by Chuck Williams »

The last few cowls in the original fabric... It's amazing how different it looks with the fabric grain flopped on the center section for the movie cowl! Rounded nose and it lights up so differently!

My choice is
First season, no extended ear paint.

Good luck with this final run

Thanks Lou!!!

It's bittersweet to me... On one hand you have the new shell which is spectacular but the end of the fabric supply which has been an old friend for years!

Time marches on... ;)

I mean this in a good way of course, but it is creepy how lifelike that bust is... If I didn't know any better I'd say Adam was still alive and wearing one of your cowls, Chuck

The first 10 of 30 are gone.

The next 10 are going to be a bit more expensive and will be available on Esty later this weekend.

Then 5 and then the last 5.

I know! It's sad to see my once healthy roll of fabric a mere tube now!

It's been an amazing experience!!

Thanks Guys!!!

Lou, it zipped by so fast! This image is from early 2005 and I know I had sculpted a shell by then but not started using the real fabric yet.
Gaspar gloves and Durans boots before I art directed the next sets...

The cowls we are making now are the ones I've wanted since I was 6!
I'm just sorry Adam isn't here because he would rock this!!!

12 of the last 30 cowls in original fabric are gone as of today...

I joined right after that, so the pictures are familiar. What a ride, the research, the discoveries, the a-ha moments. Thanks for your and Lynne’s efforts through these nearly 15 years.
