I just picked this up.
It’s a reduced copy of the original TV Batcave blueprint, according to the seller. He can print as many as we need. Note this is not my auction https://www.ebay.com/i/202775049011?ul_ ... noapp=true

Are these perhaps blueprints for the modifications they made to the Batcave for the movie?

This may make me seem like a newbie, but what was changed about the batcave for the movie?
Thanks!

The bigger budget allocated for the motion picture allowed Dozier and team to make some nice upgrades to the cave interior, including:THE BATPHONE! wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 7:54 pmThis may make me seem like a newbie, but what was changed about the batcave for the movie?

- Compressed steam Bat-Lifts for the return journey up the Bat-Poles
- Rock wall for the rear cave wall behind the Atomic Pile that was previously just black throughout season one.
- Visible service Elevator doors

Yes, I believe that this set of blueprints were for the revisions to the “existing batcave” as seen at the bottom of them for the feature film.
Such a cool piece of Bat-History!

I love the blue prints ..you got a great buy
The tunnels behind the Atomic Pile (used in the movie) was used in the series a grand total of one time , in the episode "I'll Be a Mummy's Uncle" when king tut broke into the batcave

Always wondered about those tunnels - they look so cool but they never did use them in a practical sense - they just were there for show apparently. Then they rock-walled the left tunnel so Tut could break through in the "Mummy's Uncle" episode so to me, that really was a retcon elimination of the "lit" open tunnel for plot convenience. And in that same Tut episode, you don't see the right tunnel at all.
Another Batcave-related observation: The movie allowed for improved Batpole landing pads and they still made use of 1 of the old foam pads at the bottom of the Batboat dock Batpole.
