As my aviator and name will attest, I am both a big Beatles and Batman fan. Anyway, I just read an article about the girl (Melanie Coe) from the Beatles’ song, ‘ She’s Leaving Home’, and who apparently dated Burt Ward when she left home again. Silly perhaps, but I found it interesting and appreciate finding another Beatles / Batman connection, albeit a tenuous one.

Cool story! Has Burt had much to say about Melanie?
(O/T: I always wondered if Paul McCartney's "Another Day" was a sequel/answer song to "She's Leaving Home"...)

I wonder if Burt even knows Melanie was the subject of the song? Heck, Melanie didn’t know herself until many years later.
