If by "best" you mean "walked off the screen" accurate, i'm afraid unless you find a private seller on eBay or similar you're going to be out of luck given that Halloween is only a few weeks away. Given that the top notch costume parts made by the likes of Williams Studio are all custom made to order, according to the present wait times on their website, you'd be looking at early January for deliery at this point. https://www.etsy.com/shop/WilliamsStudi ... =696252768

If instead by "best" you mean the "best suits I can pull together in three weeks" then that could be quite a fun mission depending on your sewing ability and/or willingness to scour the web and source various existing components. There is never usually a shortage of the Mattel cowls and Utility belts out there which a lot of people use as a starting point depending on what they're aiming to achieve or what kind of investment they're looking to make.

Best of luck!

A quick check on ebay today shows that you could pick up a starter costume fairly quick with the Rubie’s Grand Heritage Batman ’66 costume (which does not have a very good mask) and a Mattel cowl. The Rubie’s utility belt is so-so so if you want to upgrade it, you can do a quick search on the Mattel Batman 1966 Utility Belt as there are a few out there.

Costume:

Mattel Cowl:

Boots (these come from China so you’d probably have to check with them on delivery time):

I don't own one but I have seen people in person wearing them. Here is a comparison between the product image and the real-life product, i'll let you be the judge:

Here is a thread on the board with lots of discussion and first hand thoughts:

The boots from China took about 3-4 weeks to get to me. They're a little tall compared to the screen version.

Sorry they were too tall. Did you provide the correct measurements and they messed up?

Ogawa studio
Ogawa studio
what is your budget and what is the intent? are you looking for a one time time, cheap as possible or something you want to display?
Lots of options and there are no wrong answers, there is a Batman for everyone.

Assuming that Time and $$ are restraintsPersonally- Best Looking/ Least expensive-
Ogawa Cowl (above)
Grey tights or thermals off Amazon- no one outside this board will know the diff.
Print an emblem found online and slap it on with double sided tape
Some Navy Opera Gloves off amazon- see above.
https://www.amazon.com/BABEYOND-Classic ... 85883&th=1
Lots of navy capes on Etsy- here is one
https://www.etsy.com/listing/723111745/ ... allery-1-3
Navy wrestling trunks -high waisted if you can get them- here is a page
https://www.etsy.com/search?q=navy+wres ... ing+trunks
Those boots mentioned above are affordable and you might be able to get them on time. I have a pair and they are an affordable option to Duran Boots.
I'm am sure you could get black boots in time, in a pinch, and will do just fine given the perimeters of this build.
That just leaves the belt, least expensive would be to make it yourself, out of foam-
https://www.etsy.com/listing/198403630/ ... la=1&gao=1&
or find a Matty belt that can get to you in time
https://www.mercari.com/us/item/m63402944413/

I found this really old thread RE: Rubies Batman costumes. No judgement, this is pretty accurate look at what they are selling.

Here is a not horrible, inexpensive Robin suit, but is there enough time?

https://www.ebay.com/i/233586104367?chn ... 4BEALw_wcB

The Rubies Robin is ok (IMHO) but a little harder to find. Here is the suit in the wild and how it looks in ads
rubie in the wild.jpg
Rubies Robin
Rubies Robin
or Williams Studios will make you a set that looks like it came right off Adam and Burt, but it will not be ready in time.
They might have a few items ready to ship- Robin mask, trunks, cape- But I am not sure. This is like Xmas and Chuck & Lynne are Santa and Mrs Claus right now, but check out Their Etsy and see what they have.

Whatever you decide to do, please keep us up to date with pictures if possible-
Good Luck and thanks for listening to my Ted talk.

Thank you so much for all of the information. I was hoping to have for this Halloween, but rather have quality and wait.

No, the only size you could pick was the actual foot size not the height. From the picture on eBay, it looked like they were cut a little shorter than normal and I thought that if I was seeing what I thought I was seeing, they'd be fairly accurate. Other sellers' boots from other Chinese stores looked much taller. I don't feel like I got scammed..caveat emptor and all of that. They'll still be fine.

Must be a different vendor than the one I used, which took all my measurements. They got the first pair right but the 2nd was a bit too tight. Other than that, they were the correct height. Sorry for your experience.

Oh my goodness! Looking at the price of the Matty cowl now..man, that’s waaaay more than I paid for my Will Reeb cowl, and it (Will cowl) is so much better. I would never pay that for a Matty cowl. I ended up selling mine to a board member here a few years back. Part of me thinks I should have held onto it.
