He used this promo image at car shows and appearances for years throughout the sixties and 70s. It was often preprinted with an autograph to be handed out at events as well. It was also used for the picture sleeve for his single "Miranda" back in 66.
Here's one of the facsimile versions.
..and another variation of the facsimile (write name HERE) Lol. The one you posted looks really close to this version of the facsimile signature wise minus the "Batman" printed bit.
