Like the title says.
A friend of mine is making me some decals for a custom action figure in 1:9 scale, and I have no idea what the font used actually is!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge, it isn't an available font. When I began making Riddler costumes, I had to pay an artist to reproduce it from photographs.

It's hard to pin down since it's hand-drawn onto stretchy fabric (or possibly silkscreened from a drawing?) It definitely took on a slightly different shape when Astin wore it 
I redrew it as closely as I could manage, trying to retain some of its imperfections.
