We will update you on special guests and other fun details soon. Thanks so much for your support all of these years.

This sounds so AWESOME Mark. Kathy, Katie, and I had such a blast there a couple of years ago. We'll keep watching for more details.

Update:
Sadly, Jim Beard will not be able to join our anniversary gathering due to another commitment.
Happily, the new theater in Logansport has agreed to show the 1966 Batman movie on the big screen as part of the festivities!

Re: Fiberglass Freaks Ten Year Anniversary Extravaganza!
Mark,
Congrats on the 10 Year anniversary. I wish I could be there. Unfortunately distance and budget do not allow. Just another reason to continue to buy my lotto tickets.
Its amazing that you turned an interest into a passion into a business. Loving what you do means never having to work a day in your life.
Well done,
Peter

Thanks much for your kind words, folks! Here's a new piece of information...I am pleased to announce that legendary Eisner Award-winning American comic book writer Mark Waid and his lovely girlfriend Christy will be guests at our anniversary event! Mark wrote "Kingdom Come," "JLA Year One," "Daredevil," and "Longshot" (X-Men) among many others. Check out this article from last month about his plans for "Daredevil":

Wow, I have wanted to meet Mark Waid. His Daredevil is always in my top 3 of books that I read each month. I was already planning on this but Waid is a nice surprise!

Re: Fiberglass Freaks Ten Year Anniversary Mini-Con
Great news! Comic author Jim Beard's plans changed and he will be able to join our anniversary after all! Jim is the author of GOTHAM CITY 14 MILES, a book of essays on the 1966 Batman TV series; SGT. JANUS, SPIRIT-BREAKER, a collection of pulp ghost stories featuring an Edwardian occult detective; CAPTAIN ACTION: RIDDLE OF THE GLOWING MEN, the first pulp prose novel based on the classic 1960s action figure; and MONSTER EARTH, a new pulp anthology about giant monsters.
Fiberglass Freaks welcomes Jim to the growing list of special guests at our "mini-con."

I sure hope I can make it to Logansport that weekend!
We thought we'd have to teach our son about the world. Turns out we have to teach the world about our son. They see a boy who cannot speak. We see a miracle who doesn't need words.
