Customers who have made a purchase on one of the official channels will get a full refund, including all fees applied automatically, and according to the used payment method."

Supposedly lost in the fire of July 2024 were a 1966 TV Batmobile (perhaps only a touring replica?), a Mystery Machine from "Scooby Doo", the "Friends" couch, "Gremlins" puppets, the doll from "Annabelle", Harry Potter's wand, school uniform and the Sorting Hat, a Jason Voorhees mask ("Friday the 13th" film franchise) and a Christopher Reeve "Superman" cape. There were some "Wizard of Oz" ruby slippers, too, but they were display replicas. The display was a temporary exhibition set up in a car park which encouraged fans to take interactive selfies on replica sets.
