I’m sure this has been seen by members many times, but didn’t find anything in the search. Stafford Repp in a police uniform, although he is a sergeant in this commercial instead of the police chief.
1968, possibly just after the show ended? I remember seeing this commercial as a kid, but did not make the connection that it was Chief O’Hara from Batman.
Stafford Repp In a 1968 Frito commercial as a police sergeant.

This just came up again recently on To The Batpoles podacst episode about Repp. I saw it a long time ago but didn't make the connection that he looks to be wearing his Ohara costume! I'd have to do a side by side comparison, but it sure looks like it.

It's not out of the question that the uniform may have been sourced from Western Costume and that it was one of his screen worn pieces, redressed.

Yes, he has Sergeant stripes, so if it’s the same costume, it would’ve been modified. But it fits him, and I’m sure he would’ve known where to get it in 1968. The show might’ve even still been going on.

Ei-Yi-Yi-Yi... Chief O'Hara Meets Speedy Gonzalez! That's Mel Blanc voicing the Bandito.
"Hmmm... I don't like the twist this joke is taking. Let us away! Let us away!"
