Wally Wingert will be on collectors Call!

Post by Thefanboy59 »

Watching one of my favorite shows Collectors Call on METV I saw an awesome surprise for next week’s guest! A friend of the Bat Board Wally Wingert.
Wally has a fabulous toy collection and props and I’m very excited to see him on TV. I have met Wally a few times at cons and he’s a great guy. I’m sure you California Bat fans already know he’ll be on TV.
Tune in next Sunday to MeTV September 8th.

Wow, I don't think we've heard from Wally in a quite a while. I don't have the channel but I'm sure you and some of the gang here will be able to give a review.

Looking forward to checking this out! I believe most of these episodes make it to streaming, I remember Ralph's episode did.

Anyone who doesn't get ME-TV you can always get a free trial of FRNDLYTV which is a service that provides a lot of channels including ME-TV via streaming. It also has a DVR function and a LOT of classic television on it. I've been a subscriber for a number of years and I recommend the service.

Thanks for the heads-up, not come across this one before!

Sadly, they only scratched the surface of his massive collection. It's grown so much larger since I visited him 20+ years ago.

I saw the episode. Wally was swayed by what appeared to be a “possibly screen used” button from the 60s Star Trek show. It was entertaining for sure. Man, Wally sure has quite the collection of stuff!

It was a great episode I just wish they would have shown more of his Batman collection.
