Corgi Club confirms Batmobile reissue in 2024

I will say this about the Corgi Club-- I buy a lot online-- A LOT- in fact I don't remember the last time I was in a non-grocery store, and they make the whole process incredibly complicated. The automatic ordering works like this, as far as I can tell; You will be shipped that months release, unless you log in and either 1- choose something else or 2- delay the shipping of the item up to two months away. I don't see how you can just totally skip something, and once an item ships they use SHOP to track your order and THAT app is in itself overly complicated. I can't figure out when the Batmobile's will get here, but if history is any indicator it usually takes about 5 days for an order to arrive, unless it's coming from the UK as one of my earlier Corgi cars did-- I think it was the Saint car.

I'm not sure how long I'll stay with the club past the Batmobile, I'd probably get the STINGRAY release (that show is also streaming on PRIME) and the Silver Bond Car, I'd be in for Bat Boat but my life wouldn't end if I missed it.

Did your Batmobile arrive? According to your screenshot, the package originated in Georgia, doesn't show anything about it coming from overseas? My order is coming from the UK, your's looks like it was within the US.

Mine says shipping label created on the 25th, then nothing else. I have asked them for the status and no response. I have no idea where it is coming from or when to expect it.

Mine was not delivered! That was for something else. That shop app sucks! Another guy is getting the gold beacon out of the UK. According to FB, they are changing shipping to air, not boat due to the strikes on the east coast.

I received an email from Exelot stating my package arrived at LAX. Im not expecting anything else, so maybe check that site?

Lou, assuming you have not bought all 43 corgis in sequence, Are you going to swap for the mat Batmobile?

That is my plan to move the schedule to mid October and swap to the matte Batmobile.

Corgi Club gave me the impression they resent this tactic so I hope they don't try to block it. I don't want to buy 43 corgis I don't want although I bought two I did like. And the club advertisement says the members are in control so I think this tactic is acceptable.

Corgi Club has no problem with anyone swapping, I've done it numerous times. You absolutely do not have to buy the other 43 Corgi's.
Shop is a terrible app.
Mine are coming from the UK-- according to the latest update they have arrived at a pre-flight warehouse which is how every other car I've ordered from them comes in-- once it leaves the UK it usually arrives about 3-4 days later. Dock worker strike which is very bad, should not affect these, none of the other ones I've ordered came by boat.

How do you swap? I want to join and be able to get the batmobile, but dont want all 43 cars. Can I join now and just ask for the batmobile for my next monthly car?

They don't make it easy to figure out-- the Batmobile isn't officially this month's release yet-- but it's next up.
After you've signed up you simply go to manage my membership and it will show you what is shipping next-- you are given the option to reschedule to any date you want within the next two months.

This just came in:

Our warehouse team have been working around the clock to get the first gloss black Batmobiles packed so they can be shipped.

If you placed your order before the 3rd July then the good news is that you should have received an email letting you know that your Batmobile is on its way and can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Those who ordered after that date will start to receive their email shipping notification at the end of October so please be patient and wait for the email from us letting you know.

We have new stock arriving in November, so there’s no fear of missing out!

For members awaiting the Matt Black Club members only edition, it should be in your customer portal in a couple of weeks time. We’ll email again when it is available.

We know the excitement can be too much to bear but this model is definitely worth the wait.
