I got wave 11 figures last week. Wonder Woman is probably my favorite of the bunch. I was glad I didn't get the randomly packed (Platinum) B&W Clock King; instead, the regular version, which looks great. The Joker figure's costume is more red, than orange. The BatGirl cycle is nice. I put Mattel BatGirl on the cycle. Maybe it would "sit" better out of the packaging?!

Awesome! Great to see these actually arriving with people now. I need to order one! I really miss the thrill of the chase in person at Target...

Tomorrow all will be revealed.

And here is the reveal: https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/ ... 297006?o=2

The pre-order info confirms it is indeed plastic and unwearable.

It looks nice, especially in profile-- it's an art piece.
You end up only saving about $20 with McFarlane after shipping, although BBTS says the shipping fee will be higher for this item, so maybe it ends up being a bigger savings.

I like it-- but I'm out of room.

IMHO, this is a sloppy representation of an iconic design. Excusable on a 6 inch action figure but almost laughably clumsy looking at 1:1 scale. This looks like it was created from memory rather than utilizing the thousands of photo references and all 120 episodes being available on Blu Ray for the last ten years.

Thank you, Ben. Sometimes I may be a little too critical so I kept my mouth shut, but that’s pretty close to what I was thinking when I saw it. I consider it a modernized version of the Ideal toys helmet, but, as it is not wearable, I don’t consider it an upgrade.

For those of you who want to get it anyway, it's on Amazon for $99 with free shipping if you're a Prime Member.

Looks like this youtube reviewer got the McFarlane BatGirl figure seated properly on the BatCycle. In his unboxing review of red-suited Batman, he didn't notice the clear Bat Shield accessory. Hope he didn't throw it away!!

I think you guys are dog-piling on the Batman cowl-- is it screen accurate-- it's close. I would think the average Joe on the street would think it's spot on. It's better than the South American ones by a mile and it's ¼th the price-- although I'll be honest with you the fact that you can't wear it is a head scratcher to me-- but then again if it was wearable I doubt I would put it on-- so I don't know what I'm talking about.

I too was hoping since it was plastic it was a sort of modern take on the ideal helmet. As offered it's an art piece, plain and simple. I have way too many cowls already so I have no need or room for it, but someone who likes the show and has the room could certainly do worse. I actually like it better than the one they're giving away-- because at least it has some style. Is there a wearable one coming? I thought that what that listing we saw months ago said.

I admire your sense of fair play and collectors welcoming viewpoint Andy!

BUT, I think they dropped the ball. If they had not used the word "replica" it would be a different story.

I don't blame McFarland as much as I blame whoever approved this at WB.

It was a missed opportunity to do a modern Ideal helmet as you mentioned or even a nice Pilot Cowl look that hasn't been deeply explored.

It reeks of an amazing lack of interest and talent.
Quick, Everyone, Flee for your lives, into the street!!!!

Another fun unboxing video of the new BatGirl cycle. Also, the cycle is currently on sale ($3 off) over at the McFarlane Toy Store.
