Here it is with a slightly more accurate trim...
It's a narrow nose that cuts in and exposes the nostrils.
The curves going around the side look right.

With that Adam West sculpt, it almost feels like stepping back in time. We can see Adam sitting there when they are fitting the shell.

Surreal.

Didn't the pilot cowl have slightly exposed nostrils?
When Shelly Moldoff was doing his best Carmine Infantino impression in the mid sixties he often had the edges of the nose visible.

Hey Andy,
Yes it did. I should trim the center of the nose higher.
I tend to sneak up on new things!

That is the biggest difference between this and the regular cowl.
The nose is very narrow, just above the nose tip. The sides sweep inward, exposing the nostrils.
