That's a terrible story-- I know during the holiday season there are a ton of temp workers-- I myself used to do UPS Holiday handling when I was in High School-- we never abused a package but you handle a LOT of packages.

That sounds suspicious. Is it possible the buyer did the damage himself to keep from paying? Maybe he changed his mind or needed the money back?
