On a related note, William Shatner is here in Australia at the moment and doing quite a few interviews and talk shows. Every time I see him and they show a retrospect of his post-Star Trek career, I think 'Why couldn't Adam have been given the same breaks?' Frustrates me no end!
And Shatner also got to recreate his TV role on the big screen!! No such luck for Adam....

Agreed, it is sad, but, unfortunately, Star Trek did affect our lives through inspiring Sciences, Medicine, and other items, whereas Batman was fun, but didn't inspire much of anything. Do I wish otherwise? Yes. Would I have preferred to see Adam's version of a serious Batman? ABSOLUTELY!!!!! Do I wish Tim Burton hadn't done the 2nd Batman film? Sure!!!!! Adam got the shaft and that's for sure!

A follow up to the last cowl Adam had from the show.
It makes an appearance in Les Daniels book BATMAN, The Complete History along with the last tour suit Adam used.
I think it's safe to say this was the the last (if not only) cowl Adam had from the show after it ended and it's now in the hands of a collector.
