66 BATMOBILE BUILDER'S LAW SUIT FAILS

Post by Batmmannn »

Announcement:
John Scott Lee aka Batmmannn a long time member of this board, was wrongfully charged in a Civil Suit by 1966 Batmobile Replica Builder Mark Towle of Gotham Garage where within he made many false allegations against your fellow board member while making attempt to get out of paying Scott Lee for years of Creative work, Web Design, Forum Moderation and further attempt to keep Scott Lee's replica Batmobile, his money paid, and his art. Mark Towle's frivolous false case has been Dismissed without prejudice in the California Superior Court of the County of Riverside by the Honorable John Molloy. Mark Towle forced Scott Lee through 3 years of litigation through 3 courts 3000 miles apart and lost.

Scott Lee's Counter Claim against Mark Towle however is moving forward against the California Batmobile Replica Builder so he can obtain his property being his 1966 Batmobile Replica and monetary damages from Mark Towle for all that has been done to him.

Any members that were contacted and told Scott Lee had any fault in this dispute can now see clearly he was victimized by Mark Towle and was not at fault and that those told such things were lied to.

That is All.

Mark Towle lost his law suit in California against me. I was awarded $35,000 plus interest. Mark Towle was forced by myself into a two day trial where upon I proved I did more than enough Web Work for my replica. The DC Comics injunction against Mark Towle kept me from being awarded my replica but I might appeal to a higher Court that has the Court level Jurisdiction to award me my Replica. As it is Mark Towle and his attorney have stated to me that they plan to dissolve his debts to me in a Bankruptcy.

Mark Towle hired 5 Attorneys over the course of litigation that went some 4 and a half years. I proceeded as my own Attorney and won a judgment against Mark Towle for his multiple Breaches of Contract and his refusal to pay me anything for my many years of web work which he benefitted by.

I am still deciding which way to go with this. I have been completely vindicated of doing anything wrong. I was simply ripped off by Mark Towle.
