Wool used for Robin's insignia

Post by Larry A. »

Greetings all,
This ? is primarily aimed at Scott and Chuck, but allow me to explain: My Grandson has seen me working on sewing up the test shot of my Dick Sprang/Curt Swan Batsuit and he has decided when I'm done, he would like me to make him Robin's costume. I know that You 2 fellows are THE "Go-To" Guys when it comes to the minutiae of Bat/Robin Suits. I was perusing the Forums looking for info on Robin's insignia and could only find that Robin's insignia is made of a wool fabric. Might I implore You Gents to share with me what type of wool was used for the insignia, please?

Thank You both in advance,

Larry
