The Bat Swings! concert poster
I just completed silkscreen posters for an upcoming jazz concert that I am excited to share. The show is this Friday, so I'm coming in just in time.
As luck would have it, the jazz program at UCF, where I work, is putting on a concert of Nelson Riddle's Batman music (and Hefti's theme, of course... I’ve posted concert information here). As a result, I've had the opportunity to spend time at the office working on '66 Batman-themed artwork (pinch me).
Although I designed and illustrated the poster myself, I had a lot of help from a couple printmaking students to complete the edition. It was great to get back into screenprinting after a number of years away.

Great job on the design elements! It must be great to have a beautiful Silk Screen print of your handiwork, too!
Best of luck with the concert, I would definitely enjoy that for sure!

I love it! Great job!! Wish I could be there in person at the concert. Let us know how it goes, and if there will be an opportunity to purchase a recording.
