As we're preparing to trick-or-treat tonight, I realized that in our neighborhood without street lights, a flashlight might come in handy. I don't remember one from the series, but did Batman ever use a "Bat Light". I know that most of the episodes occur during the day, so he probably wouldn't have much of a need for one.

He did. In an episode with Catwoman he pulled out a large flashlight. If you are looking for the Bat Signal? There is an excellent indoor/outdoor one for sale on Amazon.
